About My Clients

I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, and grief. Clients often connect with me when they feel stuck or have experienced a major transition or loss. Maybe you feel disconnected, alone, or simply overwhelmed by the weight of your experiences—or, let's be honest, the state of the world. Together, we can help you take the power back from the responses you've felt controlled by for so long and reconnect to yourself and your community.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and certified nature-informed therapist with training in evidence-based modalities like EMDR, ACT, ERP, somatics, and trauma-informed yoga. My style is supportive, compassionate, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the idea that you deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no performance required. I aim to be a steady, grounded presence in the therapy room. Often my role is to slow us down and make space for the feelings and experiences we want to rush through. I will also gently challenge you while honoring that you are the expert of your own experience. This also isn’t your typical talk therapy. I offer more than just a couch—we might meet in the office, but we also have the option for outdoor walk-and-talk sessions, nature-based experiences, and therapeutic yoga. Clients often say they feel relieved after the first session to finally put down some of the load they've been carrying.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
