About My Clients
I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or untethered—especially during times of transition, loss, or acute stress. Many of my clients are navigating the perinatal period, parenting stress, burnout, relationship difficulty, or trauma. Whether you're feeling anxious, grieving, or just not like yourself lately, therapy can be a space to reconnect with your inner voice and move forward with more ease and self-compassion.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) and a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMC-C), and my therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental. I work from a person-centered lens and integrate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic experiencing, and mindfulness-based interventions. Together, we’ll tune into your thoughts, emotions, and body-based cues to better understand what you need and how to care of yourself. Outside of perinatal clients, I also enjoy working with helping professionals and those coping with chronic pain/illness, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, or relational stress. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—we’ll work at your pace and tailor each session to support your healing and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported—especially during seasons of life that feel heavy or uncertain. My guiding philosophy is that healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up authentically. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you come home to yourself, reclaim your self-trust, and make space for what matters most. I see each client as the expert of their own story, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate the complexity of being human. You don’t have to go through it alone.
