About My Clients
Seeking counseling is a personal experience and large step. I am here to support my clients through their wellness journeys while ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout. I work with a variety of specializations with passions being LGBTQ+, women's issues, and trauma. It is imperative to find a counselor you connect with and can feel vulnerable but also supported.
My Background and Approach
Counseling and mental health are huge passions of mine. In order to help ourselves on our wellness journey, sometimes we need additional support. I provide consistent empathy, understanding, and open ears to those who feel in need of a boost. I am there to provide a safe space for my clients where they can freely be themselves and work through any challenges they may be having. I utilize a variety of theories such as CBT, person-centered, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Safe and Sound protocol. These are two interventions which I have enjoyed implementing and have seen great progress in clients because of them. Counseling and mental health are huge passions of mine. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the ability to be their amazing true selves. I work with clients to help support and empower them on their journeys. I believe everyone should be able to embrace who they truly are and work towards what they truly want. Mental health, counseling, and psychology are huge passions of mine. I am constantly seeking out ways to make treatment more personalized and aligned with what each individual client needs. One method and style does not fit all.
