About My Clients

You’ve always known how to adapt. You read the room, show up for others, and make things work, most people would never guess how exhausted you feel underneath it all. Maybe you grew up carrying more than one identity, more than one set of expectations. You learned early to be fluent in different worlds, but somewhere in the process, you started losing your connection to yourself. I work with adults who are tired of being endlessly adaptable and ready to finally feel more at ease.

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist with a background in tech, where I worked as an engineer, product manager, and data analyst before transitioning into mental health. That experience shapes how I think about patterns, systems, and the ways we learn to function in the world, but also how easy it is to lose connection with ourselves in the process. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in somatic awareness. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we’ll pay attention to your emotions, your body, and the subtle ways your nervous system responds to different experiences. I draw from a humanistic and Gestalt lens, which means I’m less interested in “fixing” you and more focused on helping you deepen awareness, build self-trust, and feel more connected to who you are.
