About My Clients
You may be tired of negative self-talk, old coping patterns or feeling that your life has become smaller than you want it to be. Trauma, chronic illness or pain, grief, anxiety, depression and relationship stress can make it difficult to trust yourself or imagine change. I work with adults who want to understand what shaped them, build steadier boundaries and reconnect with confidence, purpose and a sense of agency.
My Background and Approach
My style is curious, compassionate and collaborative. I draw from CBT, IFS, interpersonal, psychodynamic, somatic, solution-focused and mindfulness approaches, tailoring the work to what helps you engage. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which uses bilateral stimulation, imagery and somatic awareness to process trauma and other difficult experiences. We may challenge a limiting belief, notice a body-based response, explore the past or practice a concrete skill. I will gently challenge you, celebrate progress and keep the work connected to real-life change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people carry more strength and knowledge than they often recognize, especially after experiences that have taught them to doubt themselves. Therapy can help you claim that inner authority without pretending pain, illness or loss is simple. I value self-determination, honest reflection and the possibility of more joy—not as pressure to stay positive, but as something you are allowed to make room for. You do not have to become a perfect version of yourself; the goal is to live with more freedom and trust in the person you already are.
