About My Clients
I work with couples, adults, and adolescents impacted by sexual, emotional and spiritual trauma, depression, anxiety, unsatisfying relationships, and a general sluggishness towards life.
My Background and Approach
I studied counseling psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology where I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Trauma and Abuse. I focus on interpersonal psychodynamic psychotherapy and trauma recovery. I spent my first year as a therapist in community mental health working with adolescents, their families, and couples and currently work in private practice. I have experience working with complex trauma, attachment theory, marital counseling, and spiritual trauma. I believe that counseling is hard and vulnerable work - and very worthwhile. I am dedicated to establishing a trusting and collaborative partnership with all clients, tailoring the therapeutic approach to their unique needs and goals. I hope to guide clients on a transformative journey towards greater understanding, intimacy, and mutual fulfillment.
