About My Clients
I offer individual counseling for adults across Washington State via telehealth. I provide support as you cultivate self-awareness, strengthen connection with yourself and others, develop resilience throughout life's challenges, and experience more joy and fulfillment in your everyday life. Clients often come to me navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, perfectionism, people-pleasing, neurodivergence, high sensitivity, or past trauma or abuse.
My Background and Approach
In our work together you will experience a holistic, compassionate, and integrative approach including several empirically-supported treatment types. We will move away from intellectualizing and instead invite the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to deepen into your felt experience. I will guide you towards an embodied state to build self-awareness, resilience, and ultimately foster healing and growth. Sessions can often include grounding skills, mindfulness practices, and breathwork. I provide a highly-attuned experience to facilitate your therapeutic growth. It is my goal for therapy to be an open and accepting environment, where you feel truly seen, supported, and heard. Whatever brought you here, I would be honored at the prospect of working with you. If any of this resonates, please reach out for a complimentary phone consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the worlds we move through. My work is rooted in feminist, anti-oppressive, and inclusive values, and in the understanding that much of our suffering is shaped by systems that ask us to move faster, produce more, and disconnect from our bodies, rhythms, and inner knowing. I honor neurodivergent ways of sensing, thinking, and relating as natural variations of being human, not problems to be fixed. I strive to create a therapeutic space that moves at a human pace, where listening is valued over productivity and where your experience is met with reverence and non-judgment. Therapy, to me, is not about optimization or self-improvement—it is about remembering, reclaiming, and coming back into right relationship with yourself.
