About My Clients
I specialize in perinatal mental health and focus on journeys such as fertility, pregnancy, new motherhood transitions, postpartum symptoms and experiences, relationship issues, and parenting. I help clients that are struggling with perfectionist tendencies, difficulties with boundary setting, and stress. Additionally, I work to support those experiencing more generalized concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
This season of life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and nothing like what you expected. Whether you're navigating the rollercoaster of fertility treatments, adjusting to life with a baby, grieving a loss, or just not feeling like yourself -- you deserve support that honors the complexity of what you're going through. I specialize in working with individuals in the perinatal period, including those facing PPA/PPD, identify shifts, birth trauma, or infertility. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based practices like ACT, CBT, and person-centered therapy. I'll meet you where you are with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your lived experience. You don't need to wait until things feel "bad enough". You don't have to minimize your pain, or explain why it matters. If you're feeling lost, stuck, or simply in need of space to breathe and be seen -- therapy can help. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd love to connect.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I firmly believe that maternal mental health and the demands of daily life deserve more emphasis and space in society. The profound impact that fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum has on individuals and couples is deep rooted and shifts dynamics and functioning of all involved. As a mother of two young girls, I can deeply relate to my clients as I've experienced my own journey within the perinatal realm. I bring both clinical expertise and my own knowledge into our sessions.
