About My Clients
I provide support to adults, parents, and children who are struggling with behavioral, mental health, and/or relationship difficulties. I stress the importance of parent/caregiver involvement in child therapy, and provide both separate and joint parent/child sessions. I also work with adults and couples, who are having difficulty with their relationship dynamics and/or with co-parenting.
My Background and Approach
I work through a lens of attachment based theory, as well as cognitive behavioral and play therapy, to help clients alleviate the struggles they are having. I have many years of experience working with children, the foster care system, and with families who struggle to connect in positive ways.
