About My Clients
I work with women who are spiritually curious and seeking depth—around identity, sexuality, trauma, and ancestral patterns. Whether you're untangling old narratives or reconnecting with your body and inner voice, therapy can be a powerful space to return to yourself. I also work with couples who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen intimacy during life's transitions.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down and listen more closely to yourself—your body, your story, your spirit. I work with millennial women answering an internal call to a greater sense of meaning, aliveness, and embodiment. Many of my clients describe feeling ready to overcome anxiety, despair, and old patterns keeping them stuck in unfulfilling relationships. My approach is depth-oriented and relational, drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and a reverence for ancestral and inner wisdom. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and integration for those exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness as part of their healing journey. I work with couples of all kinds who want to feel more emotionally connected, navigate conflict with compassion, and move through transitions in a way that brings them closer. If you’re looking for therapy that honors both the practical and the profound, I’d love to meet you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a deeply relational process—rooted in connection to self, others, the body, the natural world, and something greater. I view therapy as a space where we can slow down and honor the complexity of being human, especially in a world that often rewards disconnection, speed, and perfectionism. I believe that personal healing is inherently connected to collective healing. I hold an anti-oppressive lens and am committed to ongoing unlearning and embodied practice around privilege, power, and systemic harm. I believe that healing is not about fixing what’s broken, but about remembering what’s whole. Therapy can be a sacred space—a place to reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and move toward a more integrated life. I honor the emotional, spiritual, and ancestral layers that shape who we are. My work is grounded in the belief that transformation happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, get curious, and listen deeply to what’s asking for attention.
