I believe every person needs a safe place to share their feelings and be shown unconditional acceptance. Raising children is incredibly challenging, especially in today’s times. I am here to provide support for children, teens, parents, & to help you build a secure and safe connection and ultimately, improve your relationship with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in Play Therapy, attachment, Circle of Security Parenting, Trauma Focused Therapy, anxiety management, depression, & mindfulness. My primary lens is focused on person centered therapy, meaning, through the acceptance, unconditional positive regard, and strengths based approaches, healing will occur within the therapeutic relationship.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I specialize in trauma and attachment disorders but more importantly, I believe that everyone deserves to be seen, heard and valued. I believe we are able to heal and shift dysfunctional relationships through the safe and secure relationship in therapy.
