About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. My ideal clients may be struggling with communication issues in their relationship, recovering from infidelity, or exploring their identity as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I also love working with young adults navigating the challenges of self-worth, family dynamics, and healing from difficult past experiences.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (LMFT-A) in Texas, and Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern (RMFTI) in the state of Florida with six years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with individuals and couples using emotion-focused and attachment-based approaches to help clients feel secure and connected. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I offer a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their identities, strengthen their relationships, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My goal is to meet you where you are and empower you to make the changes that matter most in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves a safe space to feel understood, validated, and supported, and I’m passionate about creating that space for my clients. Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my partner and our pets, exploring new places, and diving into a good book. I also find joy in connecting with others, whether through deep conversations or simply sharing laughter.
