My approach helps clients understand their anxiety, build coping tools, and feel more in control. I specialize in self-esteem because so many individuals struggle to see their own worth. Whether it shows up as negative self-talk, people-pleasing, or not feeling “good enough,” low self-esteem can affect every part of one's life. I help individuals build a stronger sense of identity, confidence, and self-compassion so they can feel more secure in who they are and how they show up in the world.

I specialize in working with teens because adolescence is a time of major change, which can feel really overwhelming. Teens today face pressure from school, family, social media, and identity development. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can explore what they’re going through, build healthy coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

It’s evidence-based, structured, and effective, especially when it comes to anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I’ve had extensive training in CBT and have seen it empower individuals to feel more in control of their emotions and decisions.

I use ACT because it helps individuals relate to their thoughts and emotions in a healthier way, rather than getting stuck in them. ACT focuses on values, mindfulness, and committed action, which gives individuals tools to handle challenges while staying true to who they are. I've seen ACT help individuals build resilience, reduce anxiety, and create more meaningful, authentic lives.

I am currently in the process of being trained in EMDR, which I will have completed in December 2025.
