About My Clients
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of meaning or purpose. Many clients are exploring recurring patterns in relationships, career or identity shifts, or the stress of major life changes. I provide a safe, curious, and supportive space to understand these experiences, gain insight, and develop more satisfying ways of relating to yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor associate with a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 10 years in corporate finance, which gives me insight into the pressures, transitions, and patterns that show up in adult lives. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions — including career shifts, new parenthood, and questions of meaning or purpose. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and relational approaches to help clients understand themselves, notice recurring patterns, and build healthier relationships. My sessions are virtual, but I focus on being fully present, attentive, and engaged so the distance never gets in the way of real connection.
