About My Clients
I support women navigating anxiety, depression, and the patterns that keep them stuck. I’m passionate about helping smart, creative, and spiritual women reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, heal from trauma, and build a life of clarity, confidence, and joy- so they can show up as their full authentic selves. I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping women process fertility challenges, miscarriage, prenatal anxiety and postpartum depression.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and currently teach graduate students, bringing both clinical expertise and real-world experience to my work. I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), perinatal mental health, ketamine-assisted therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples counseling. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and collaborative, helping women explore the root of their challenges and create lasting change. I combine evidence-based therapy with a mind-body approach to help women reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and heal in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, I’m here to hold space for the deep, meaningful work that leads to real transformation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My spiritual path has been shaped by 20+ years of meditation and yoga practice. I feel deeply connected to the divine feminine and to the ceremonial traditions of plant spirit medicine., I offer legal, harm‑reduction‑oriented integration therapy for clients seeking to make meaning of their experiences — whether through ketamine‑assisted therapy with a medical provider or through personal or ceremonial journeys. I’m also in a long‑term interracial marriage and raising a mixed‑race daughter. These lived experiences continue to deepen my understanding of identity, belonging, and the cultural nuances that shape our relationships and our sense of home.
