About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and related disorders. I also support parents of children facing severe anxiety or OCD, providing guidance and strategies to help them respond in ways that foster their child’s healing and resilience.
My Background and Approach
I have had the privilege of training in the psychiatry departments at UCLA and Michigan Medicine, and completed my post-doctoral fellowship at the OCD & Anxiety Program of Southern California. I have considerable experience treating individuals in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) settings with complex presentations of OCD and anxiety disorders. I offer intensive (multiple hours per day, multiple days per week) options for exposure therapy. I initially focus on understanding how anxiety, depression, or OCD is impacting your life. From there, we'll collaborate on an action-oriented plan designed to help you feel confident in how to reconnect with living according to your values and not your fears.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and understood. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to help you take meaningful steps toward emotional wellness and a greater sense of empowerment in daily life.
