As mothers and parents, we want what's best for our babies and children. So often we fall in to the trap of thinking that the more I give of myself, the better a parent/partner/colleague I'll be. Taking the step to honor your needs by starting a therapeutic practice is so helpful in being able to show up as your best self for your babies and loved ones.
My Background and Approach
There are thousands of parenting books and momfluencers offering quick fixes and inspirational quotes for the myriad issues that arise in pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. I love a witty meme and parenting hack as much as the next person... but your experience is undoubtedly deeper and more complex than an insta post or page in a book. I believe that, as a parent or parent-to-be, you inherently hold the answers you seek. I offer a space that centers YOU (not your baby!) to uncover the wise inner parent that already exists within.
