About My Clients

Are you finding your mind lives consistently in the future or stresses over the past? Are you finding yourself revisiting the same thoughts over and over? Sometimes it can feel like our brains are working against us and the more we try and fight, the more they win. Together we can explore ways to help you work through some of this difficulty while finding ways to feel joyful and present. My primary area of focus is working with clients on anxiety, alcohol abuse and relationship issues

My Background and Approach

We can work together to create a tool box to open up for some short term solutions while doing some long term work. I utilize attachment theory to help get a better understanding of who you are while finding mindful emotional strategies through ACT work. By exploring who you are fully, I work to create a space where my clients can show up authentically and explore past pain while implementing coping skills to use now. We can identify together what you may be doing now to cope with painful aspects of life and implement goals to find ways to meet challenges holistically and healthily.
