About My Clients
Many of my clients are women navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and high expectations. Some are mothers adjusting to identity shifts and the emotional load of parenting; others are carrying unresolved trauma or chronic stress. Though often high-functioning, they feel overwhelmed or disconnected. They want more than symptom relief—they want to understand themselves deeply, regulate their emotions, feel safe in their bodies, and create lasting, meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy tailored to each client. I specialize in working with women and mothers navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the perinatal/postpartum season. I integrate TF-CBT, IFS, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. I am also completing my RYT-200 to further support mind–body healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I created my practice from a deep belief that mental health care is essential, not optional. I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down, become more aware, and allow ourselves to grow in sustainable ways - not through quick fixes, but through steady, intentional work. I value whole-body healing and recognize that our emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to our nervous system, physical health, relationships, experiences, and environment. True healing, in my view, is not about pushing harder - it's about building a life that feels regulated, aligned, and sustainable. As both a therapist and a human navigating the fullness of life, I believe in growth that honors your capacity, your season, and your humanity.
