About My Clients
Sometimes it feels like you can't handle ONE. MORE. THING. When you add in the challenges of managing things like neurodiversity, anxiety/depression, grief, and past trauma, life can feel absolutely overwhelming.
My Background and Approach
I would love to offer you the space to sort out some of the chaos swirling around in your brain. I have an informal, non-judgmental style to therapy. I bring an integrative/holistic approach where we will look at your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and how they are all affecting each other. We will make connections to the parts of your story that you feel are in need of growth and healing. Therapy with me might be a good with me if you are in a neurodiverse relationship, are a first responder, or facing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief. I have training in working with First Responders and am a member of a First Responder family. I am certified through AANE to work with neurodiverse couples and/or their partner.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I welcome clients from all different faiths, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I am a Christian but I am also LGBTQ affirming and understand the very complex and sometimes very painful relationship between the community and the church.
