About My Clients
I offer online therapy across Ohio for young adults & high-functioning women navigating anxiety, ADHD, and burnout. Many of my clients are used to being the “capable and dependable one,” but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or mentally exhausted. My Background and Approach
My approach is warm and collaborative. Together, we focus on building skills for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-trust, while also exploring the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I also integrate mind-body awareness, helping you notice where emotions show up in your body to better understand and respond to your experiences. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach and view anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions as understandable responses to stress and life circumstances, not personal failure. As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I bring both clinical training and personal understanding to my work, and I focus on helping clients build awareness, emotional regulation, and coping strategies that fit their real lives and support lasting change.
