My Background and Approach
I have an eclectic style drawn from psychodynamic, attachment-based, narrative, strengths-based, and client-centered approaches. I work with children, adults, couples, and families using methods that are deeply validating and supportive of the unique goals of each client. I believe in the value of insight into ourselves and empathy for our struggles in the face of challenges. In my work with couples and families, I support individuals to share their understanding of themselves with each other while nurturing curiosity about the experiences of others, fostering strong communication and profound connection. I endeavor to create a space for healing that supports you through growth, feels good yet honors the hard stuff, and meets you where you are every step of the way.
