About My Clients
You may look like you have it all together, but inside, you’re overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who you really are. I work with adults—especially creatives and deep feelers—navigating anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, and identity shifts. You don’t have to be in crisis to start therapy. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, regulation, and reconnection with your most authentic self.
My Background and Approach
I hold dual master’s degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling and am currently earning my doctorate in Organizational and Leadership Psychology. My approach is eclectic and collaborative—I draw from psychodynamic, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, depending on what you need. My clients are often creatives, deep feelers, and high-achieving adults who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected. In our work together, I’ll support you in making sense of your patterns, softening your inner critic, and reconnecting with your most grounded, authentic self. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about building a relationship with yourself that’s rooted in curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be your full, unfiltered self. I value authenticity, curiosity, and compassion—and I bring those values into the room with every client. I’m committed to practicing from a socially conscious lens, and I support movements that promote racial, gender, and economic equity. I believe in the power of creativity, community, and healing that doesn’t require perfection. I'm queer-affirming, body-neutral, and deeply invested in helping people unlearn shame and reconnect with who they are outside of expectations. I'm not here to "fix" you—I’m here to walk with you while you figure out what healing looks like for you. Also, I believe rest is productive, creativity is sacred, and everyone deserves to feel at home in their own mind.
