My Background and Approach
As a PMHNP I blend traditional psychiatry with a holistic, whole-person perspective. My background includes years of experience working with children, teens and families, particularly those who are neurodivergent or facing anxiety, mood challenges or life transitions. I believe healing isn't just about reducing symptoms. It's about uncovering root causes, nurturing strengths and building tools that last. My approach combines medication management with supportive therapies, lifestyle strategies and an integrative mindset that honors the connection between mind, body and spirit. I strive to create a warm collaborative environment where clients feel safe, understood and empowered to take an active role in their care. Whether it's helping a child regulate emotions, helping a teen through challenges or guiding parents with compassion, my goal is always the same: to meet each person where they are and walk alongside them on the path to growth and healing.
