The decision to pursue therapy can feel overwhelming and confusing about where to start. I am here to help guide you through times of discomfort and uncertainty as well as process any obstacles. My first goal with therapy is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for your healing journey. There is no one size fits all and I collaborate with clients to develop their therapeutic tools. I hope to connect with you to process past challenges, and current struggles and work towards overall wellness.
My Background and Approach
I primarily rely on the pillars of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and humanistic approach. I am EMDR trained and utilize different trauma-informed practices to validate my client's experiences. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, grief/loss, anxiety, relational or attachment trauma, and addiction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone deserves to rediscover their authentic self, and have a life worth living! I recognize that exploring life's challenges and connecting to our internal world can be scary.
