About My Clients

I believe therapy can have many shapes and forms. Sometimes, it is simply a place where you are seen and heard. Other times, it may delve deeper into your past, your relationships, and your emotions. Therapy can also be a place to obtain skills, tools, and resources. Each client has unique needs, and it is my job to work alongside my clients to help meet those needs. I provide a therapeutic relationship that works to support clients in the best way possible and build upon client strengths.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed clinical psychologist living and practicing in Southern California. My education and training largely focused on multicultural and community psychology, and my dissertation focused on parenting gender diverse children. I specialize in LGBTQIA+-affirmative therapy, parenting support, and psychological assessment. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, chronic illness, ADHD, relationship challenges, and grief.
