About My Clients

You may have spent years masking, pushing through pain or wondering why ordinary tasks take so much effort. A late ADHD or autism diagnosis, grief, family estrangement or a major transition can leave you questioning who you are beneath the coping. I work with queer and neurodivergent adults who want practical support, more self-compassion and a life that fits their mind and body rather than fighting them.

My Background and Approach

My approach is collaborative, creative and practical. I draw from ACT, behavioral activation, CBT and mindfulness, choosing tools around your values, energy and goals. We might notice the story attached to a difficult feeling, make an overwhelming task smaller or use a favorite character or piece of pop culture to explore something that is hard to approach directly. I have completed Superhero Therapy training and enjoy bringing clients’ interests into the work when that feels useful. Therapy can have structure without becoming another demand you have to perform perfectly.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am queer, AuDHD and late diagnosed, and I live with chronic pain. My own experiences of grief, mental health recovery and invisible disability shape my commitment to accessible, sex-work-positive and neurodiversity-affirming care. Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading, decorating planners, drinking good coffee, spending time with my cats and watching professional wrestling with my family. Whenever you are ready, you can book your first session with me through my website.
