About My Clients
Currently offering virtual and in person therapy. In a supportive setting, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. Some of the mental health concerns I treat include, but are not limited to ADD/ADHD, Autism, Emotion Regulation, Assertiveness, Anxiety, Self–Esteem, Depression and family support caring for others.
My Background and Approach
I have a strong professional background in behavioral health and neurodiversity. I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have spent years working closely with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as supporting their families. Through this work, I have developed a deep understanding of how anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, and social stressors can impact daily life across the lifespan. My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I integrate practical skill-building with emotional processing, helping clients increase self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. I am especially passionate about creating affirming environments for neurodivergent adults and individuals who may not always feel fully supported in traditional settings.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I became a therapist because I have always been drawn to helping people feel understood, supported, and empowered. Through my work in behavioral health, I saw how many individuals—especially neurodivergent adults—struggled not because of a lack of ability, but because they did not always have access to environments that truly supported them. I wanted to expand my ability to walk alongside individuals not only in skill-building, but also in processing emotions, relationships, and life transitions. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of the work I was already passionate about—helping people build meaningful, confident lives.
