About My Clients
Living with a chronic illness, navigating a major life transition, or managing constant anxiety and stress can feel overwhelming and isolating. It can be difficult to know how to manage stressors that feel out of our control. I specialize in working with adults who are facing chronic illness, life transitions, anxiety, and stress. My practice is unique because I deeply understand the impact chronic illness and life stressors can have on mental health, identity, and relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach is compassionate and supportive, where clients explore challenges and develop deeper self-awareness. I also like to bring in tangible tools from a variety of therapies, to build coping skills that you can use on your own. I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher and incorporate yogic themes and skills when appropriate as well. Therapy needs to be a comfortable space and because of this, I like to start by connecting on a human level and learning more about your life as a whole. Then we'll explore what changes you'd like to see in how you're feeling and how that would impact your life.
