About My Clients
I work with adults, couples, families, and parents navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—whether that's people-pleasing, masking, conflict in relationships, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Together, we'll explore the underlying patterns, strengthen communication, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter most.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents across outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, family systems, and person-centered care while incorporating evidence-based interventions tailored to your goals. I have specialized training in Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) and the UCLA PEERS® social skills program, and I have experience supporting neurodivergent clients, relationship concerns, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and life transitions. My focus is helping you better understand the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so you can create meaningful, lasting change—not just temporary symptom relief.
