My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with trauma and experiences including anxiety, depression and relationship challenges, using a trauma-informed, interpersonal and psychodynamic approach. I am trained in EMDR and practice this along with somatic and mindfulness based treatment. I bring a client centered, relational approach to counseling as I believe relationships are an integral way forward into restoration, growth and healing.

I am committed to creating a safe environment in the counseling room for those who enter to experience acceptance and non-judgement. We are all in process and often times need a listening ear and outside perspective to help us engage new strategies and move towards mental wellness.
