In a world where every person's journey is unique (and busy) it can be difficult to feel connected. If you find yourself struggling to cope with anxiety, having relationship issues, or just not feeling like your best self, it makes it all the more challenging to navigate life's hurdles. To find an environment free of judgment where you can share openly and honestly is incredibly valuable. I truly appreciate the time and effort it takes to venture into therapy when already facing everyday stress.
My Background and Approach
Having worked across diverse environments, I approach our sessions with a focus on your strengths, relationships, and trauma-informed care. Drawing from my master’s degree in Community & Trauma Counseling, as well as specialized training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, I'm committed to highlighting your skills and guiding you towards your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I find that breaking negative cycles to build and maintain positive connections with ourselves and others can be so empowering. I prioritize meeting my teen & adult clients as they are and supporting them through their goals, processing the past & present occurrences in life, and building a stronger sense of self.
