About My Clients
I am experienced in working with queer and trans clients, including those in non-monogamous relationships. I enjoy helping folx with relational issues, LGBTQIA+ identity development, grief, trauma, anxiety, and self-image.
My Background and Approach
I completed a Master of Science in Counseling at Calfornia State University, Fullerton. My approach to therapy is feminist-infused narrative and attachment work. I help by joining with you to explore the stories you’ve learned about what it means to be you in the world, what it takes to be loved and accepted, and what gets in the way of that.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice from an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive framework. I believe that power, privilege, and oppression impact our experiences in the world and how we relate to ourselves and others. I believe that wellness includes all aspects of health: mental, physical, spiritual, relational, intellectual, and environmental.
