About My Clients

I work primarily with Millennial professionals who find themselves stuck in the cycle of stress, burnout, and overwhelm. Often called the "Burnout Generation," Millennials face unique challenges — from economic instability to the pressures of constant connectivity. These stressors can lead to anxiety, depression, and difficulties managing work-life balance. Many of my clients are high-achievers who feel the weight of professional expectations and the fear of falling behind in an ever-changing jo

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from those healing childhood trauma to veterans processing combat trauma. I specialize in helping Millennial professionals manage the stress of high-pressure careers, burnout, anxiety, and unresolved trauma. Many of my clients are high achievers who look successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed and stuck underneath it all. In our work together, I use a flexible, personalized approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. I tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you manage stress, set boundaries, and heal from the past. My goal is to help you not just survive, but build a life that feels more balanced, sustainable, and meaningful.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and never judged. It’s important to me that my clients feel welcomed and supported, no matter where they’re starting from. I see therapy as a place to slow down and better understand what drives our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — and how past experiences shape who we are today. I’m passionate about using psychoeducation to connect emotional health with physical wellbeing. I believe that understanding ourselves on a deeper level gives us the tools to make lasting, meaningful change. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you build awareness, self-compassion, and resilience for the life you want to live.
