About My Clients

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, once we both learn what works best for you. I am trained and skilled in using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical, behavioral therapy, and Gottman therapy for working with couples. Clients appreciate my warm, personable approach to their concerns/struggles, while also encouraging them to dig a bit deeper and reflect upon themselves. My clients report improved relationships, a decrease in their depression & anxiety levels once treatment goals are met
