I believe that you are the expert in your life and that through building an open and supportive relationship we can identify your strengths and work together to accomplish your therapeutic goals. The therapeutic modalities that I pull from are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based treatment.
