About My Clients
I help clients untangle the parts of their story that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. My specialty is in trauma-informed therapy with a focus on relationships — the one you have with yourself, with others, and with your past. Whether you're navigating religious or spiritual trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, or family of origin wounds, I offer a space that is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and deeply engaged.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I bring an experiential, body-based lens to the work. I use a blend of talk therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, breathwork, and psychodrama to help you reconnect with your inner resources and move toward healing that lasts. I also offer coaching and intensive sessions for those in transition or seeking deeper, accelerated breakthroughs. You do not have to stay stuck. I meet you where you are, and together we will create a path forward that honors your values, vision, and voice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in safe, connected relationships—where your story is honored, your body is heard, and your truth is welcomed. I believe every person has innate wisdom and resilience, even when it feels out of reach. I believe that trauma is not just what happened to you, but also what happened inside of you as a result—and that healing involves tending to both. I believe in the power of curiosity over judgment, presence over perfection, and compassion over shame. I believe that growth doesn’t mean becoming someone new, but uncovering more of who you truly are. I believe in laughter, in tears, and in the sacred middle space where both can exist. I believe faith can be a source of pain or of healing, and that spiritual questions deserve gentle care. I believe in walking alongside others with integrity, humility, and courage—because I do my own work, too. Above all, I believe change is possible.
