I specialize in working with individuals aged 4-12 and 18+ who are navigating Autism, Anxiety, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental differences. I provide parenting support as well for caregivers raising children with neurodevelopmental differences.

I specialize in providing counseling, somatic strategies, and play therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, and a Certified Autplay Therapy Provider. I offer a unique approach to therapy that aims to support the emotional and psychological well-being of my clients. I strive to create a safe space for individuals to explore their feelings and experiences while developing coping strategies and building resilience.
