I aspire to help my clients heal within their relationships and within themselves, so that they can get unstuck, become the best version of them, and live their most fulfilling lives. Through a warm, collaborative approach, I will challenge you to deepen your compassion and understanding for yourself (and maybe for that person you care about, too). I will invite you to share your story and reflect on how it has shaped you into the person you are today. We might talk about your nervous system and the massive role it plays in how you feel and how you show up. But above all, I will allow you to guide our work together and support you in whatever feels most important to you, your wellbeing, your relationships, and your growth.
