About My Clients
We specialize in working with relational issues, as well as supporting individuals seeking more control, empowerment, and meaning in their lives. We focus on supporting individuals coping with trauma, shame, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP's), LGBTQ+ and minorities, as well as eating disorders and body image issues. We also offer trauma-based yoga. We bring sensitivity, curiosity, humor, and nonjudgmental awareness to our sessions.
My Background and Approach
Although talk is helpful, the research shows that tapping into the right brain where emotions are housed is vital in transforming long-standing issues. Utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, inner parts work, and Somatic approaches we can heal the mind and body.
