About My Clients
I work with clients of all ages, genders, cultures, and faith backgrounds. No one is ever too broken for counseling or so untouched by brokenness that they cannot benefit from counseling. It takes an incredible amount of courage to seek help, but reaching out to a therapist is a step worth taking.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space. We will work together to understand your story, discover deeply held beliefs, and your relational and behavioral patterns in order to create lasting change. My goal is to develop a relationship where you feel deeply cared for and respected.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Having personally experienced pain and healing, I desire to walk alongside people as they navigate their pain and struggle to make sense of their story. I work from the belief that all people have innate worth and dignity. I believe that change happens when we are fully seen and known by others. With warmth, empathy, and genuineness, my goal is to work with you to remove obstacles in the way of your growth and wellbeing.
