About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I use a combination of deep listening, EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, and other strategies to help my clients achieve lasting change. Many of my clients have significant recent trauma, childhood trauma, or unrelenting negative thoughts related to body image and self worth. They may have seen other providers before without seeing much progress. If this sounds like you, are you ready for change?
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have always prided myself on providing an open and accepting space no matter where someone is on their journey. I have supported individuals in better exploring their mental health, their identity, and utilizing the power of strength and motivation to support people in knowing they have all the power they need, they just need support to embrace and harness it. Within my years of practice I have spent many years working with teens and young adults exploring and understanding their identity and sexuality. I have also spent much of my time in practice supporting teens, and adults in healing from trauma.
