About My Clients
My clients are adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem, identity, relationships, and life transitions. They’re often deep thinkers, highly sensitive, or feeling stuck—longing for clarity, confidence, and connection. In therapy, they find a space to explore who they are, build resilience, and grow into their most authentic selves.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist in NH with a passion for supporting adolescents and young adults through life’s complex emotional terrain. I received my master's in clinical mental health counseling from Rivier University. My background includes training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-focused therapy. I have worked in residential settings, assertive community care, & high school settings. I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that healing happens in safe, nonjudgmental connection. My work blends evidence-based tools with a warm, relational style, helping clients deepen self-awareness, build coping skills, and reconnect with their inner resilience. Together, we create space for growth, insight, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person holds the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Therapy is not about fixing what's "wrong," but about uncovering your strengths, understanding your story, and finding new ways to relate to yourself and others with compassion. I trust the wisdom each client brings and view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative, empowering space. I believe in the power of presence, emotional honesty, and gentle curiosity to support deep transformation and authentic connection.
