About My Clients

Your body has been sending signals for a while, tension, restlessness, a sense something doesn't add up, and you've gotten good at overriding them. Maybe that's shown up as a cycle of pushing hard and crashing. Maybe staying steady in your relationships has meant quietly setting your own needs aside. Or maybe you're still making sense of an experience that opened something up and hasn't settled. However you've arrived here, you're ready for a different relationship with yourself and your world."

My Background and Approach

This work centers on embodiment and somatic awareness, guiding you back to wholeness through your body's organic intelligence. Together, we slow down enough to notice what your body already knows. As anxiety, burnout, and disconnection ease, you feel steadier in yourself and how you move through your life. I draw on somatic and gestalt work to help you notice what's happening in your body and mind in real time, not just talk about it. Compassion-focused work meets you without judgment, even in your hardest moments. And when you're ready to move from insight into action, we bring in coaching and transpersonal elements to meet the bigger picture of where you're headed. You set the pace here. If any of this resonates, I'd be glad to connect and talk through what working together might look like. This is a warm, grounded space, and you'll be met exactly where you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing isn't separate from the rest of your life, it's connected to your body, your relationships, and the natural world around you. Outside of sessions, you'll often find me on a trail with my husky, at the pottery wheel, or moon dancing, practices that remind me presence and rest aren't indulgences, they're part of how we stay connected to ourselves. I bring this same philosophy into the therapy room: your body already holds wisdom, and my role is to help you slow down enough to hear it. I also serve as a psilocybin facilitator and educator through Right to Heal and InnerTrek, work that deepens how I think about non-ordinary states, integration, and what it means to make lasting change. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to care.
