About My Clients
My clients are those who need to be seen, valued, and fully honored for where they are in life and what they want and need to actualize a more nourishing and fulfilling life. This includes their day-to-day and long-term experiences, their relationship with themselves - including their past and present beliefs and behaviors; their relationships with others; and their relationships with their environments.
My Background and Approach
Licensed in VT and CA - seeing clients via Telehealth. Please feel free to reach out for an intro call. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I base my approach from the relational work of Psychodynamic Therapy and integrate forms of Attachment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Practices, IFS/Parts Work, Addiction and Trauma work - all based in Social Justice. I fully believe that every individual has the power and strength they need to actualize the changes they want, and can shift the old and new narratives of established stories and patterns of their daily lives. I love working with any individual who feels that change is needed in their lives - change within their thinking/behavioral/relationship/belief patterns. Our work connects with where you are now, and what you need most to deepen your relationship with yourself to help reveal what's working for you and where evolution is possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With the history I hold of being a wilderness therapist, teaching yoga, holding mindfulness and joy as guides - and over 20 years of practice - my frame is highly informed by the strength and power of our bodies and minds - and the world around us. I work with individuals of all gender identities, sexual identities, cultures, ethnicities and faiths.
