About My Clients
My ideal clients are LGBTQ+, disabled, neurodivergent, adults who feel tired of masking and performing. Many struggle with anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, or identity shifts. I work best with people who want a space to unmask, unpack, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships. Together we’ll explore your values, find your voice, and build a more authentic way of living.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist who specializes in working with LGBTQ+, disabled, neurodivergent, and creative adults who are tired of masking, navigating burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves and their relationships. I earned my MSW from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a focus on Behavioral Health and trained at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where I supported service members and families through trauma, identity shifts, and reintegration. My approach blends ACT, DBT, narrative, and trauma-informed care, which means sessions aren’t rigid or one-sided—we collaborate to notice patterns, clarify values, and practice new ways of living. I also bring a sex therapy lens, especially for those exploring gender, sexuality, kink, or non-monogamy. Clients tell me they appreciate my warmth, humor, and realness; I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole self and be met with validation and curiosity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you don’t have to perform, explain the basics, or brace for judgment. As a queer, neurodivergent-affirming, and disability-affirming clinician, I’m passionate about creating spaces that honor full humanity and resist systems that demand constant masking or conformity. I support LGBTQ+ rights, disability justice, racial equity, and body liberation, and these values shape the way I show up in the room—with curiosity, humor, and deep respect. I’m pursuing certification in sex therapy because I believe sexuality and relationships deserve open, shame-free exploration. Outside of therapy, I’m a writer and gamer who knows the value of creativity, play, and finding community in unexpected places. Clients often tell me that knowing I “get it” makes it easier for them to take risks, be honest, and show up more authentically. I believe we heal best in relationships where we are truly seen and valued.
