About My Clients
I serve people of trans, non binary and many more non cis identy(ies) and their loved ones. I am queer, poly, neurodiverse, sex & kink affirming. I am particularly interested in exploring issues affecting those with LGBTQ+ identities, including experiences intersecting with other marginalized positionalities. I provide individual & relationship(s) counseling.
My Background and Approach
My therapy approaches include person centered Narrative Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Nature Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. I practice from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive framework. I provide in-person and virtual therapy. One of my focuses is on collaborating to better understand yourself as an integrated mind/body/spirit/social/relational being (soma) and reprocessing what your soma holds. Some of the ways in which we can do this is through building upon the stories that empower you and learning skills for personal and/or interpersonal fulfillment. We all deserve to live our lives liberated from the reactive survival responses of trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am an active member of the queer community. I hold rebuilding relationships as central to collective liberation and actively promote connection with the totality of life around us through practices of curiosity, pleasure, accountability, and repair.
