About My Clients
Are you navigating relationship challenges, a life change, or a significant loss? Maybe you feel overwhelmed and unable to identify exactly what is the problem. I would be honored to support your growth and healing journey, whether you seek therapy on your own, with a partner, or with a family member. Healing does not happen in isolation, and our relationships are paramount to our mental health - I look forward to supporting you and strengthening your ties with others.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, I focus on building a strong and authentic connection, creating a warm, safe, and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I offer practical tools, thoughtful reflections, and fresh perspectives to help you move forward and find healing. My Level 1 Training in Gottman Couples Therapy informs my approach to improving communication, rekindling emotional connection, and fostering a resilient partnership. I take a trauma-informed, relational approach, and I regularly seek out fresh education via trainings, books, podcasts, and colleagues. I am continuously curious in order to best support you. I’m not a button-upped, blank slate therapist - I embrace my authenticity and humor, aiming to provide you with a safe, judgement free space to also be your authentic self. Therapy is a vulnerable yet transformative space—one that can be enlightening and deeply rewarding. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey.
