About My Clients
Do you sometimes wonder why you feel stuck? Or why relationships are so difficult? Maybe you’ve had enough of the anxiety and self-doubt that keeps you from moving forward. My clients are welcomed, as they are, into a warm and conversational environment, within which they are free to be themselves and be heard. There are moments of vulnerability and deep feeling, but there are also moments of humor and levity. Nonjudgmental connection is the experience I strive to facilitate.
My Background and Approach
I approach counseling primarily through an experiential and attachment lens, providing a safe holding environment for you to be heard and understood. I think there is much to be learned from examining our past relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all struggle, at times, to cope with difficult feelings. You know, the ones that have been with us all of our lives? The ones that make us feel stuck and hopeless, at times? I also believe that we can makes some sense out of our feelings by examining past relationships. With this awareness we can begin to look at your current feelings and relationships.
