I have been fortunate enough to work with a wide range of folks over my 13 year career. I pride myself on my honesty, empathy and humor. I primarily utilize a CBT approach that meets clients where they are and supports their desires going forward.
My Background and Approach
I have been a clinician for over 13 years working in settings ranging from a school in Brownsville, NY to a drug rehab center in Costa Mesa, CA. My formal education consists of a undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and a masters degree from Rutgers University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs are simple. I support everyone I interact with in getting the mental health and emotional support they need. It is my fundamental belief that everyone can benefit from someone to talk to. I was a member of the Social Justice College as an undergraduate and have been in the streets supporting causes such as BLM and the LGBTQ community since I was 12 years old.
